Hello, My name is Leah, the wellness visionary behind Destiny Wellness. 

The vision of Destiny Wellness first came about during a unique time in my life. In a time where my marriage was suffering. The complications of stress and depression coupled with weight loss and a complete decline in health. I knew something had to change. 

Searching for answers and a form of direction in my life, God led me back to school. Becoming a health coach was a way to keep my mind focused and nurture myself back to health. Through all the trials and tribulations in my life at that time, I learned how to balance my mind, body and spirit in order to cultivate a sense of peace.

I am a  Integrative Health Coach and former figure body builder who believes in the power of wellness. I believe all of us, are destined to live a life feeling whole, healthy and with purpose.
